We love all of our clients at Pit Stop Aesthetics, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our Day Spa. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. I am striving for excellence and I want you to feel relaxed and leave happy.  If you are ever not happy with a service please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.

Please arrive right on time to your appointment.  If you need to cancel or reschedule 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated so someone else can get in to see me.  The booking system sends a reminder 24 hours before your appointment, through text or email.  Feel free tick off the box when you are booking so you get a reminder.  If you don't book through online I will send you a message if you like.
